Information for Former Spearhead Employees and Contractors

All former employees and contractors of Spearhead or a Spearhead affiliate, including but not limited to Spearhead Group, Spearhead Consulting, FiberWave, Spearhead Networks, Spearhead Networks Tech, NextGenTek, Spearhead Technology, Spearhead Mobility, and any related entity (collectively, “Spearhead”), must complete a verification process if they wish to work in AT&T’s Alliance channel, ACC Business channel, or APEX channel (collectively, “Alliance Channel”), whether at a different Solution Provider, Tech Service Distributor (“TSD”), or sub-agent, or by setting up their own Solution Provider, TSD, or sub-agent.  This requirement applies regardless of when the individual worked for Spearhead and regardless of whether they already work elsewhere in the Alliance Channel. 

You can begin this process by filling out the questionnaire on this website.  Please click on Submit Application in the upper right corner of your screen to find the questionnaire.  We encourage you to provide responses to the questionnaire to the best of your ability and with as much detail as you can recall.  We will then contact you by email to let you know if we have any further requests for information or related records.  For some applicants, we may also request an interview.
